Absolutely Awesome! Awesome staff. Very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. We were in room 1001 and the view of the Manhattan skyline was spectacular! Location is amazing with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Easy subway ride to/from Manhattan, Central Park, Times Square, World Trade Center etc. and areas in Queens. Definitely will be returning.

Z Hotel New York was an alright choice for my visit. The rooms offered a comfortable place to relax, and the location was reasonably good. The service was satisfactory, but didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd consider it for its comfortable accommodations.
Sophia at the front desk was GREAT . The view here is amazing. Rooms are slightly dated but nothing that wouldn’t make me book again. Loved my stay .

It’s one of the best places to stay at with no exaggeration. Spacious rooms and very clean and cozy with stunning views of the Queensboro bridge. Staff very polite and responsive. Easy check in and allows late check out. I really enjoyed staying here and definitely that’s my go to when ever visiting ny.
The hotel is extremely nice from the room to the staff members! They have an awesome rooftop lounge and speakeasy downstairs (food is amazing). The room had an amazing view, along with mini fridge.
Wow this trip I had was crazy but great. I stayed at the hotel from Friday to Tuesday. I added an extra day on cause I was supposed to check out Monday. The reason I stayed another day here cause I was so relaxed and comfortable here because of the staff. ARIEL, SOPHIA and ALYSSA… I think I spelled their names right so sorry if I didn’t. These girls need a RAISED!!!!!A PROMOTION AN AWARD!!!! One I was coming from out of state and it took me longer to get to NY wasn’t making my check in time, they communicated with me and made sure my room was okay. I was dealing with personal life situations while in NY and they were there for ME! Like they are just good people all the way around. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable but they saw I was basically alone coming to visit family and friends. They made me feel like I wasn’t alone and I was safe. Those girls are like the best. We need more genuine loving people like this in this world and every step of the way, they were very professional through it all!
